Rachel graduated with honours from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2025, inspired by a love of hands-on work and a deep appreciation for the healing power of massage. Her own personal journey through injury recovery revealed just how transformative massage therapy can be—not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. As an avid softball player and volleyball enthusiast, Rachel understands the importance of staying active, strong, and pain-free. That firsthand experience fuels a passion for helping others move and feel their best—whether they are athletes, weekend warriors, or simply seeking relief from everyday stress and tension. Austin Kao
Austin holds a Master of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelors of Kinesiology degree from the University of British Columbia. With over a decade of experience in health care, he is experienced in working with individuals with various injuries and conditions from all walks of life. In particular, Austin is well-versed in complex chronic pain syndromes, orthopaedic injuries, motor vehicle and workplace injuries, and sports injuries. Austin is passionate about bringing accessibility and quality care into the community. He provides detailed assessments and works together with his patients to create a realistic and individualized plan, reassessing every step of the way. Austin is experienced in rehabilitation programming, and is and passionate about supporting individuals through their journey to achieve their goals. His treatments include various manual therapy techniques and modalities to improve tissue healing and movement; and most importantly, exercise therapy to improve functional capabilities and goal-oriented movements. Lastly, Austin is passionate about injury prevention and education. He loves sharing his ideas and believes that everyone can benefit from knowing how their body works, knowing what sorts of injuries can occur with their jobs or hobbies, and knowledge on how to reduce these risks. In his personal time, Austin loves both the outdoors and indoors. Harsimran(Sim) holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with a specialization in Orthopedics and has been practicing for more than 12 years. Sim has experience of working with clients with different age groups, treating Orthopaedic injuries, MVA related injuries, workplace injuries, arthritis management, and vestibular disorders. She is certified in Advanced level of functional dry needling (IMS) from Kinetacore based in the US.
